These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GC Commander platform ("Service") operated by the Service provider ("we", "us", "our").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must provide accurate, complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
The Service offers subscription plans with varying features and limits. Free trials are available for new accounts. After the trial period, continued access requires an active paid subscription. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
You agree not to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe intellectual property rights; (c) transmit malware or malicious code; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems; (e) use the Service for illegal activities; (f) resell access without written authorization.
You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service. We will not sell, share, or use your data for purposes other than providing the Service.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After 30 days, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.
We may modify these Terms with 30 days notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service provider is incorporated.
